<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated steel sheet having good corrosion resistance without formation of a zinc-based plating layer even when the film thickness of an organic resin layer is small, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: At least one surface of a base steel sheet is subjected to an immersion pickling treatment using a 5-40 mass% nitric acid aqueous solution at ordinary temperature for 30 sec or less so that the time required for obtaining a predetermined Fe-intensity in the depth direction analysis using a GDS (Glow Discharge emission Spectrometer) becomes 2-10 times that of a base steel sheet not subjected to the immersion pickling treatment. Thereafter, an organic resin layer having a film thickness of ≤5 μm is formed on the treated surface of the steel sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
