<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane elastomer filler forming a filled article having excellent impact resistance and alkali resistance, exhibiting a sufficiently long pot life, and allowing long-term injection work and injection into minute clearances because of its sufficiently low viscosity at a room temperature (for example, 15-30°C). <P>SOLUTION: The urethane elastomer filler comprises an organic polyisocyanate (A), a polyol (B) principally consisting of a polyether polyol (b1) with a mean functional group number of 2-4 and a number-average molecular weight of 1,000 or lower, and an aromatic hydrocarbon plasticizer (C) principally consisting of an aromatic hydrocarbon (c1).
