<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition for wiring utensils affording firm writing drawn lines, specifically having excellent rub fastness and solvent resistance of the writing drawn lines without adversely affecting ink physical properties, to provide the writing utensils comprising the ink composition for the writing utensils therein, and to provide a method for preventing a reaction of the ink composition comprising a water-reactive type resin. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition for the writing utensils comprises at least the water-reactive type resin. A resin having an isocyanate group is preferable as the water-reactive type resin. The content of the water-reactive type resin is preferably 5-40 wt.% based on the total amount of the ink composition.
