<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing container capable of preventing a lid body from being opened by mistake. <P>SOLUTION: The storing container 100 is equipped with a storage body 10 and a discharging mechanism 20. The discharging mechanism 20 is equipped with a discharging port member 30, a lid body 50 engaged with the discharging port member 30, a guiding mechanism 60 for guiding the movement of the discharging port member 30, and a bottomless cylindrical cover member 40. At the lower position of the discharging port member 30, the highest part A point of the lid body 50 is arranged approximately on the same plane as the plane B formed by an upper opening 42 of the cover member 40.
