<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a switching means (simple smart function switching means) for disabling only an entry function among smart functions. <P>SOLUTION: A collating ECU 10 disables or enables the entry function and a start function by the processing of steps S103-S106. The collating ECU 10 disables or enables only the entry function by the processing of steps S109-S112. When the entry function and the start function are disabled, the processing of a step S108 makes the collating ECU 10 inhibit the entry function from being enabled by the processing of the step S112.
