PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an image of an organ surface from shape data obtained by tomography. SOLUTION: A display device has a subject data storage part 13 and a brain shape data storage part 11. A brain surface data generation part 21 generates a vector heading inside the brain from a base point on the basis of the brain shape data showing a 3D brain shape with a point on the brain surface as the base point, defines a value assigned to the base point on the basis of a value of the subject data in the direction of the generated vector, and generates 3D brain surface data having a value of the subject data on the brain surface. A 2D image generation part 23 generates a 2D image in which the 3D brain surface data are displayed two-dimensionally. A display control unit 27 makes the display device 3 display the 2D image.
