<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device capable of reducing the size of a board for mounting the receiving device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the receiving device 3, a tuner section 11 has a first board 32 on which a tuner circuit section for converting the high-frequency signal into the intermediate frequency signal is mounted, and a body section 12 has a second board 41 on which a circuit section for performing a given processing of the intermediate frequency signal is mounted. The second board 41 is attached to a board mounting member 51, and a given third board is to be attached to the backside of the mounting side on which the second board 41 mounted on the board mounting member 51 is attached so that the third board is positioned in opposition to the second board 41. The tuner section 11 is disposed at the backside of the surface in opposition to the board mounting member 51 for the second board 41 so that the first board 32 and the second board 41 are located separately in opposition to each other.
