<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supplying gas-dissolved water, which can be operated continuously and stably over a long period of time and to provide a method for producing gas-dissolved water. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The deaerated water obtained by deaerating water by a deaeration membrane module 10 is supplied into a liquid phase chamber 22 of a gas dissolution membrane module 20. Oxygen (a target gas) is supplied into a gas phase chamber 23 from a target gas supply source 31 so that the amount of the oxygen to be supplied into the gas phase chamber 23 is made larger than the amount of saturated dissolved oxygen which is calculated by using the amount of the deaerated water to be supplied into the liquid phase chamber 22. The calculated amount of saturated dissolved oxygen in the oxygen supplied into the gas phase chamber 23 is dissolved in the deaerated water to obtain oxygen-saturated water. The remainder of the supplied oxygen is discharged outside of the gas phase chamber 23 as surplus gas. Since condensed water in the gas phase chamber 23 is discharged together with the surplus gas, it is unnecessary to stop the operation of the apparatus to discharge the condensed water in the gas phase chamber 23 so that the oxygen-saturated water can be produced continuously and efficiently.
