<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress crossing of magnetic flux, leaking out of an air gap, with winding while suppressing a decrease of a winding area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A center gap G11 is provided between a center magnetic leg 13a provided on an upper core 11a and a center magnetic leg 13b provided on a lower core 11b, and the width W11 of the center magnetic leg 13a is set to be smaller than the width W12 of the center magnetic leg 13b.
