PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device properly performing processing without delays, using a simple method. SOLUTION: A control section starts the drive of a motor A (S12). When the rotation of the motor A is steady (S13), the control section measures the rise time of the motor A required, from the time the drive of the motor A is started, to when the rotation of the motor A is steady (S15), because of the timing has been predetermined (YES in S14). Then, the control section starts the drive of a motor B and measures the rise time of the motor B (S17). The control section starts the drive of a motor C and measures the rise time of the motor C (S19). Then, the control section compares the rise times of the motor A, the motor B and the motor C with each other and changes the order of starting the drive at the predetermined timing (S22).
