PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program guide display device, a program guide display method, and a broadcast receiver, which allow program display to be easily recognized by a user by regulating the contents of an electronic program guide (EPG), which is displayed based on a display request, according to a currently selected channel or a predetermined display format having been set regardless of programs. SOLUTION: The EPG is created which includes a first key (red color key 17m) for switching an EPG to display of a portion corresponding to predetermined date and time and a second key (blur color key 17m) for returning the EPG to display of a portion corresponding to present date and time. When display of the EPG is requested, a plurality of broadcast stations arrayed along the a channel axis are disposed while defining a broadcast station having a smallest entrepreneur identification number among reception enabled broadcast stations as an origin and when the first and second keys (red and blue color keys 17m) are operated, a function to be achieved is displayed.
