<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the variation of color emitted from a light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the light-emitting device includes a step of die-bonding a chip on a substrate, a step of preparing a die bonded substrate, a step of preparing a cavity mold having a cavity, a step of setting the die bonded substrate so that the chip is embedded in the cavity, and a step of pouring a sealing resin into the cavity from a runner, wherein the runner is kept at a lower temperature for the cavity mold, and the sealing resin kept at a low temperature is poured into the cavity from the runner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
