<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lockout function due to locking to a switch cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The switch cover 20 for covering an operation part 11c of a manually operated operation switch 11 when not using the operation switch 11 is provided removably onto base members 13, 14 attached with the operation switch 11, when providing the operation switch 11 with the lockout function due to the locking to the switch cover 20, cover supporting through-holes 14e1, 14f1 of the base member 14 are conformed with cover supporting through-holes 20c1, 20d1 of the switch cover 20, under the condition where a cover locking piece 14d of the base member 14 is advanced into a locking hole 20a1 of the switch cover 20, from an inside of the switch cover 20, a locking rod 30 is thereby inserted into the respective supporting through-holes, and at least one or more of padlock 36 is laid in a portion extended outwards from the switch cover 20 in the locking rod 30, so as to constitute the lockout mechanism 10 for the switch cover.
