<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of an evaporator by making the evaporator hardly damaged by thermal stress by minimizing temperature difference between a refrigerant and a heat medium in the evaporator, in a refrigerating device comprising a refrigerant circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the refrigerant circuit 10, an evaporating pressure adjustment valve 17 is disposed between the evaporator 14 and a suction side of a compressor 11, to adjust the evaporating pressure of the refrigerant in the evaporator 14 so that the temperature difference between the refrigerant flowing in the evaporator 14 and the heat medium exchanging heat in the evaporator 14 becomes less than a prescribed value.
