<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a travel feeling of a vehicle as well as efficiency of combustion, although there has conventionally been a device only effective in improving fuel consumption, particularly in an internal combustion engine as a device to effectively use energy resources. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device can effectively use an electromagnetic wave of a space and dark energy, by tuning the electromagnetic wave, by arranging a plurality of sets of a plurality of magnets (a permanent magnet or an electromagnet such as ferrite, Alnico and neodymium) combined as one set three-dimensionally in the magnetic force line direction.
