PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool equippeed with a motor which can easily integrate divided stator cores while suppressing the deterioration of performance. SOLUTION: The power tool is constituted in such a manner that: a motor is arranged in a housing; the motor includes a stator 3A, a plurality of coil bundles 3C attached to the stator 3A, and a rotor arranged in the stator 3A; the stator 3A is constituted of a frame body formed by combining a plurality of divided cores 4 which are joined on divided faces extending in parallel with a rotating shaft of the rotor; a plurality of constraint tools 8 for connecting the plurality of divided cores 4 are arranged at the frame body; the plurality of divided cores 4 have locked parts 4C, 4D on their circumferential faces, and grooves which are attachment portions of the constraint tools 8, respectively; and the plurality of constraint tools 8 have first locking parts locked to the locked parts of the first divided cores 4, second locking parts locked to the locked parts of the second divided cores 4 adjacent to the first divided cores, and connecting parts for connecting the first locking parts and the second locking parts.
