PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing structure for a skin-integrated foam forming skin material, capable of preventing leakage of liquid foamable resin from needle holes and capable of preventing leakage from an opening between end edges of layered skin materials. SOLUTION: The skin material 2 is formed of a front material 3 disposed on the outer side of a mold, and polyurethane foam 4 bonded to the inner side of the front material 3. The front materials 3 and 3 in end edges 2a of the skin material 2 are layered on each other to form a layered portion 11, and the outside of the layered portion 11 is covered with a nonwoven fabric 12. The layered portion 11 is sewn from outside of the nonwoven fabric 12 to make a connected sewn portion 13. As the connected sewn portion 13 is sewn with the nonwoven fabric 12 layered thereon in this way, leakage of the foamable resin from the needle holes can be prevented. Further, by covering the outside of the layered skin materials 2 between the end edges 2a and 2a of the layered skin materials 2 and 2 with the nonwoven fabric 12, leakage of the foamable resin from the opened portion 8 can be also prevented, and the skin-integrated foaming mold with excellent quality can be manufactured.
