PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To loosen a stress of a mounting portion of an upper deck and a tank cover accompanied with a vertical bending load. SOLUTION: A part of a cargo liquid tank projects via an opening 9 of an upper deck 8, and a tank cover is supported at an opening edge 12 of the upper deck 8 to cover a projecting portion of the cargo liquid tank. A ship width direction end of the opening edge 12 is constituted into a soft structure 8a having flexibility in a perpendicular direction. By such a constitution, a stress generated at the ship width direction end in a bottom part of the cover tank is absorbed by flexion of the opening edge 12, and the opening edge 12 takes charge of part of the stress.
