<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing lowering of cooling effect of a cooling means on a cooling liquid, when a fuel cell is at a high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes a fuel cell 11, the cooling means 12, an inflow piping 13, an outflow piping 14, a circulation means 15, a first bypass pipe 16, a first flow control means 17 and a control means 18. The control means 18, when the temperature of the cooling liquid flowing out of the fuel cell 11 is higher than a first threshold, controls the flow rate of the cooling liquid flowing into the fuel cell 11 by controlling a first valve 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
