<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized and inexpensive thin inductor having high mechanical strength, to provide a manufacturing method of the thin inductor, and to provide an ultra small size power converter using the thin inductor. <P>SOLUTION: Two coil conductors cut out from a lead frame and having the same spiral shape are disposed so that the first coil conductor 1 which is not turned upside down is superposed to the upper side of the second coil conductor 3 which is turned upside down and respective rear faces are opposed to each other.
