<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized and inexpensive thin inductor having high mechanical strength, to provide a manufacturing method of the thin inductor, and to provide an ultra small size power converter using the thin inductor. <P>SOLUTION: Two coil conductors cut out from a lead frame and having the same spiral shape are disposed so that the first coil conductor 1 which is not turned upside down is superposed to the upper side of the second coil conductor 3 which is turned upside down and respective rear faces are opposed to each other. End portions 1a, 3a of the center parts of the first and second coil conductors 1, 3 are mutually connected through a connection layer 4, end portions 2b, 3b on the outside of the spiral are connected to a first terminal 2a and a second terminal 2b of the thin inductors, and a sintered green sheet 5 which is a magnetic substance is arranged in a gap between the first and second coil conductors 1, 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
