PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right-and-left driving force control device appropriately separately using a right-and-left driving force adjustment means and a differential restriction means while maintaining a stable vehicle behavior according to the traveling state of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A right-and-left driving force distribution device (20) includes a right-and-left driving force adjustment mechanism (28) and a differential restriction mechanism (30). When a driving force moving direction of a combined controlled variable T and a wheel direction with high wheel speed are the same (first and third quadrants), right-and-left driving force adjustment control is selected. When the driving force moving direction and a wheel direction with low wheel speed are the same (second and fourth quadrants) and when the combined controlled variable T is a predetermined controlled variable ¾Ta¾ or larger, or it is a predetermined wheel speed difference ¾Va¾ or larger, the differential restriction control is selected. When the combined controlled variable T is below the predetermined controlled variable ¾Ta¾ and it is below the predetermined wheel speed difference ¾Va¾, the right-and-left driving force adjustment control selected immediately before, or the differential restriction control is maintained.
