<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminator for a solar cell module, excelling in heating efficiency by uniformly heating the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The laminator for the solar cell module includes a vacuum chamber partitioned into an upper vacuum region and a lower vacuum region by a diaphragm sheet; a plate having a placing face for placing a module laminate provided in the lower vacuum region, and a bottom face corresponding to the back face of the placing face; and a heating means provided at the lower part of the plate. Heating by the heating means is induction heating.
