<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twister belt not absorbing spinning oil. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The twister belt is obtained by laminating a surface rubber layer 2 contacting an object to be twisted; a first base fabric 3 as a base fabric; a reinforcing rubber layer 5 embedding core wires 4; a second base fabric 6 as another base fabric; and an elastomer layer 7 in the order from the outer peripheral side. The second base fabric 6 is not exposed by the presence of the elastomer layer 7, and absorption of the spinning oil with the second base fabric 6 is thereby suppressed. Since the absorption of the spinning oil with the second base fabric 6 is suppressed, the reinforcing rubber layer 5 and the core wires 4 are hard to swell to improve the durability of the twister belt 1.
