The present invention discloses a drill for implant. The drill for implant of the present invention comprises: a drill body with a cutter for drilling alveolar bone at one end and a through hole at the other end, and a rod body which is coupled to the drill body in order to approach to and move away from one end of the drill body toward the through hole of the drill body. The rod body controls the drilling depth of the alveolar bone during drilling. According to the present invention, the drill easily removes from the inside of the drill body pieces of the alveolar bone which can be accumulated during drilling of the alveolar bone as well as accurately drills the alveolar bone in a preset depth. |
