<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembly performance of a vibration actuator. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration actuator 100 is characterized by comprising: a shaft member 110 which penetrates a rotor 160, a stator 120 and an electromechanical transducing part 130, is coupled to a base 150, and includes a fastening part 116 which fastens the stator 120 and the electromechanical transducing part 130 together with the base 150; a vibration body 210 which is penetrated with an external extension part 112 extended from the stator 120 in the shaft member 110 to the side of the rotor 160, arranged so as to contact the stator 120, fixed to the external extension part 112, and imparted with vibration from the stator 120. The vibration actuator is also characterized in that the outside diameter of an optional cross section of the external extension part 112 is not larger than the inside diameter of the vibration body 210 at the stator 120 side of the cross section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
