PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which extremely facilitates adjustment of attachment angles of light-emitting units and selection of the number of light-emitting units and easily illuminates a wide range with an ample light quantity without complicated adjustment.

SOLUTION: The lighting device 1 includes a plurality of spot forming units 5 which form spots at a position separated therefrom by a given distance. Each spot forming unit 5 has a plate 3 adjusted in angle and a plurality of light-emitting units 2 mounted on the main surface of the plate 3 at the same angle to emit light having a given emission angle against an optical axis. The relative angles of respective plates 3 are varied so that respective spot forming units 5 form spots in a desired arrangement.
