<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine in which a decrease in cooling performance of a control circuit component is detected and power supply for a control circuit unit is forcibly turned off for long use or under a dusty environment and safety and reliability are improved. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature detecting means 22 for detecting the temperature of air flow flowing in a board case 13 by operation of a cooling fan 18 is provided on an exhaust side of the air flow, abnormal rise in temperature in the board case 13 is detected and, on the basis of the detected signal, a power supply relay 23 is disconnected. Even when abnormality occurs when used beyond a resistance period or used under a severe dusty environment, abnormality of temperature in the board case 13 is detected to forcibly turn off the power, so that damage of a circuit component 12 is prevented and safe can be held. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
