<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized recording head which enables high image quality and high speed recording. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid delivering head is equipped with a substrate in which an element for generating an energy utilized so as to deliver the liquid from a delivering opening is prepared and a supplying port for the liquid that makes one surface equipped with the element of the substrate and a surface of the opposite side of the one surface communicate with each other is formed, a member provided on the one surface of the substrate having a wall of a flow channel for the liquid which makes the delivering opening and the supplying port communicate with each other, an insulating layer formed to cover the supplying port and having a plurality of through-holes provided therein, and a conductive layer electrically connected to the element and contained in the insulating layer to be an insulation state to the liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
