<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid repellent material of an inkjet head which can bring about high image recording quality and to provide high liquid repellency, high durability to wiping off (maintaining high liquid repellency), easiness of wiping off, and high adhesion to a nozzle material at the same time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inkjet head provided with a nozzle surface having liquid repellency is manufactured. The nozzle surface includes a condensation product prepared from a hydrolyzable silane compound having a fluorine containing group, and a hydrolyzable silane compound having a cation-polymerizable group.
