<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance mechanism of zippered bags capable of continuously supplying a large number of small zippered bags to a pelletized tablet sealing machine at each predetermined time period. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The conveyance mechanism of the zippered bags has a conveyance path of the zippered bags, a cassette, a positioning mechanism, a pump, and a suction nozzle. The cassette can be loaded with the zippered bags, and is set at an end of the conveyance path from which the zippered bags are sent. The positioning mechanism is provided at an end opposite to the sending end of the conveyance path. The pump supplies an airflow directed from the sending end to the opposite end of the conveyance path. The suction nozzle sucks the lowermost zippered bag among the plurality of zippered bags loaded in the cassette and places it at the sending end of the conveyance path.
