<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and method of a cord reinforcement body capable of enhancing a manufacturing precision of the cord reinforcement body arranged in a part to be reinforced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cord C is supplied to the circumferential surface 18A of an index rotor 18, and is linearly held by a plurality of magnets 19. When the index rotor 18 is rotated around an axis and the linearly held cord C is moved to the position opposite to a disc 12, the cord C is pushed out from the circumferential surface 18A of the index rotor 18 and is pressed to the disc 12 by a cord grip part 62 capable of sinking inward of and protruding outward of the circumferential surface 18A of the index rotor 18 and a hammer 64. In this case since the cord C on the circumferential surface 18A is moved and pressed to the disc 12A while being linearly held by the cord grip part 62, it is possible to obtain the cord reinforcing body composed of the linear cord C on the disc 12A.
