PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a brushless electric machine having an inner rotor structure having sufficient performance. SOLUTION: The brushless electric machine 100a having the inner rotor structure includes a rotating shaft 110, magnets 20 arranged around the rotating shaft and a plurality of magnetic coils 30A and 30B arranged at equal distance from the magnets. The plurality of magnetic coils 30A and 30B form coils lined up in the direction of rotation of the rotating shaft 110, and form coil rows having mutually parallel N phases (N is an integer of 2 or more).
