PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel that can achieve high imaging performance by satisfactorily correcting aberrations caused by the attitude change of the lens barrel, an optical device having the same, a method of adjusting the lens barrel, and a method of adjusting the optical device. SOLUTION: The lens barrel 100 includes: an imaging optical system including a correction lens 102 that is relatively movable to a lens; a detection part 118 detecting the attitude of the device including the imaging optical system; a storage part 116 capable of storing positional information of the correction lens by which the aberration amount of the imaging optical system can be suppressed corresponding to the attitude; and a tilt driving part 122 rotating the correction lens in an in-plane direction including the optical axis of the imaging optical system on the basis of information on the attitude detected by the detection part and the positional information stored in the storage part.
