The absorber (1) has a base part (50) formed of plastic-supported textile membrane structure layers (13, 14). Channels provided as paths for water guiding are formed by spaced welding of individual preset segments (7-9). A transparent foil (19) for convective heat protection is provided on a radiation side over the segments, and placed over the base part. The foil is participated in welding of two of the segments (7, 9). A concavity of the foil is provided by pressure-side introduction of air outside of the membrane structure so that an air chamber (20) forms a heat insulator to the segments.
