PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation with improved disintegradability, and a production method thereof. SOLUTION: The solid preparation comprises an active ingredient (e.g. vitamin B<SB>6</SB>etc.) and carboxy group-containing monosaccharides or a derivative thereof (e.g. glucuronic acid, an amide thereof, glucuronolactone, etc.) and optionally further comprises glycosaminoglycans. Here, the carboxy group-containing monosaccharides or a derivative thereof and the glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin sulfate or a salt thereof) may be contained in grouped forms (i.e. grouped into a preparation group containing vitamin B<SB>6</SB>and carboxy group-containing monosaccharides or a derivative thereof, and a preparation group containing vitamin B<SB>1</SB>, vitamin B<SB>12</SB>and glycosaminoglycans).
