An apparatus for producing an oxygen-enriched air from air utilizing an adsorbent for nitrogen absorption, such as a zeolite. With the apparatus, an oxygen-enriched air can be efficiently produced stably over long without being influenced by the water content of the air. The apparatus (1) for oxygen-enriched-air production comprises: adsorptive dehumidifiers (3), (4), and (5) having an adsorbent for water absorption (38) disposed therein; and a rotary nitrogen-adsorbing device (2) having an adsorbent for nitrogen absorption (37) disposed therein. The apparatus is characterized in that the air dehumidified by the adsorptive dehumidifiers is supplied to the rotary nitrogen-adsorbing device and enriched with oxygen by the rotary nitrogen-adsorbing device.
