<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can be adjusted of a luminous device, to a luminance which is desired to be adjusted on a system side. <P>SOLUTION: The display device 100 is constituted, by connecting a display unit 10 including an EL display panel 11 and a driver IC 13 to a main unit substrate 20 of an on-vehicle combination meter. The EL display panel 11 includes a first optically readable data 12 written with inspection data relating to the luminance. The main unit substrate 20 includes a ROM, in which the luminance adjustment data is stored based on the data optically read with the first optically readable data 12, and a CPU 21, which stores the luminance adjustment data during the operation of the EL display panel 11 into RAM of the driver IC 13. The driver IC 13 adjusts the luminance of the EL display panel 11, based on the luminance adjustment data stored in the RAM. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
