<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distribution box structure for pillar fitting, in which a power distribution box is fitted not to the front of an electric wire drawing pillar but to a side and wasteful space is eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: In the power distribution box structure for pillar fitting, devices are stored in the power distribution box 3 that is mounted to both left side and right side with an axial core of the hollow-like electric wire drawing pillar 2 as a center. The power distribution box 3 includes a box body 12 which has a box-side opening 20 connected to a pillar-side opening 11 formed in the electric wire drawing pillar 2 on a pillar fitting face 15a and in which hinges 28 are disposed in right and left symmetrical positions across a front opening 19 and with a lid 13 which is engaged with the right or left hinge 28 and freely opens and closes the front opening 19. When mounting the power distribution box 3 to the right side or left side of the electric wire drawing pillar 2, the direction of the lid 13 is set to be the same, and the box is mounted to the right side or left side of the electric wire drawing pillar 2 by changing a mounting direction of the box body 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
