<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative ion addition type air pump unit which is built into an air pump unit for use in aeration in a decomposition tank such as a septic tank and including a pump, a bulkhead, and an air reservoir, and which efficiently supplies a negative ion-added air to an organic turbid material in a sewage treated with aeration in a decomposition tank. <P>SOLUTION: A negative ion generation high voltage power supply device 14 is disposed in the air pump unit. A corona discharge chamber 18 is disposed in a section of an air reservoir 17 in a base. A discharge electrode 16 is disposed at a position suitable for corona discharge in the corona discharge chamber 18. The high voltage power supply device is connected to the discharge electrode via a high voltage electrical wire 15. A discharge air of the air pump is introduced into the air reservoir via a duct pipe 9. In a process in which the discharge air of the air pump is passing through the discharge chamber, while negative ions are added into the discharge air of the air pump with corona generation, a supply air is fed from an exhaust outlet 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
