PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-filled electric apparatus state analyzing device and an oil-filled electric apparatus state analyzing method that accurately simulate a sulfide production state in oil-filled electric apparatus without disassembling the oil-filled electric apparatus in operation. SOLUTION: The oil-filled electric apparatus state analyzing device 101 simulates the state of the oil-filled electric apparatus 1 in which a first copper wire wound with an insulator is soaked in insulating oil 55, and includes piping 4A for extracting the insulating oil 55 from the oil-filled electric apparatus 1, a valve 3A for opening and closing the piping 4A, a tank 2 which stores a second copper wire 21 wound around an insulator 22 of the same material with the insulator and also stores the insulating oil 55 extracted through the piping 4A to soak the second copper wire 21 in the extracted insulating oil 55, and a first heater 7 for heating the second copper wire 21.
