PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which the degree of freedom of series connection or parallel connection is high, assembling productivity is high, and a protection circuit substrate is not used for a battery module. SOLUTION: A laminate battery using manganese based positive electrode which is high in safety is adopted, and a battery pack is constituted using a laminate battery module 23 that does not use the protection circuit substrate as a unit.
