CONTAINER FORMING POLY-LACTIC ACID RESIN FOAMING PARTICLE AND ITS PRODUCTION PROCESS, ALSO PRODUCTION PROCESS OF POLY-LACTIC ACID RESIN FOAM CONTAINER USING CONTAINER FORMING POLY-LACTIC ACID RESIN FOAMING PARTICLE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container forming poly-lactic acid resin foaming particle capable of obtaining a poly-lactic acid foam resin container excellent in heat resistance, oil resistance and mechanical strength by means of an in-mold foam molding.

SOLUTION: Roughly spherical poly-lactic acid resin foaming particles can be obtained by a production process of container forming poly-lactic acid resin foaming particles; since the process revolves a rotary blade 5 with a predetermined revolution while regularly contacting a nose surface of a nozzle mold 1 to cut a poly-lactic acid resin foam extrusive extruded from the nozzle mold with the rotary blade, the poly-lactic acid resin extrusive can be cut certainly. Therefore, when the poly-lactic acid resin foaming particles are used in the in-mold foam molding, the poly-lactic acid resin foaming particles foam roughly uniform in all directions and foaming particles are mutually and firmly combined in all directions by heat fusion.
