<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple health appliance training not only a dorsal muscle but also an abdominal muscle, useful for exercise of the whole body, having many applications, obtaining effects in keeping of health and promotion of health and achieving a lean figure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical appliance body 1 of the health appliance is configured to include a cylindrical hard core material 2 covered with an elastic, thick-walled acupressure member 3, a decorative material 4 covering the surface of the acupressure member 3 from the edge faces of the core material 2, and a hole 5 piercing the core material 2 set as a hermetically closable housing space. The health appliance includes an auxiliary implement 9 integrally provided with ring-shaped handles 11 having flexibility attached to both ends of a tough string 10 comprising a material having proper stretchability, a large number of spherical acupressure implements 14 attached to a tough string 13 comprising a material having proper stretchability.
