MOBILE TERMINAL, DATA CONTROL PROGRAM, AND DATA CONTROL METHOD

A mobile terminal (10) includes: an LCD monitor (32); and a touch panel input device (24) arranged on the upper surface of the LCD monitor (32).  A character input key and a received mail are displayed on the LCD monitor (32).  Character strings of a text in the received mail can be arbitrarily selected by operating the touch panel input device (24).  Furthermore, associated information relating to the selected character string is correlated to an arbitrary character input key and temporarily stored.  When a touch-and-slide operation is executed on a text of a transfer mail through the character input key used for temporary storage, it is possible to insert the temporarily stored associated information into the text of the transfer mail.
