Provided is a hair care device capable of emitting metal fine particles while suppressing influence on the discharge characteristic.  A metal member that emits metal fine particles by being hit with ions is provided separately from a discharge electrode and a ground electrode.  Accordingly, the metal fine particles can be emitted while the influence on the discharge characteristic is suppressed compared to when the metal fine particles are emitted only from the discharge electrode and the ground electrode.
