<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure formed of a double-thread screw by which the fastening starting position of the other member to one member can surely be positioned. <P>SOLUTION: A first thread 11 and a second thread 12 which constitute the double-thread screw 10 are spirally cut by a specified pitch. The starting end position of the first thread 11 and the starting end position of the second thread 12 are arranged around the axis while having a phase difference of 180°. Also, the width R1 of the first thread 11 is larger than the width R2 of the second thread 12 (R1>R2). The width G1 of a first screw groove 13 which is formed from the starting end side of the first thread 11 to the second thread 12 is smaller than the width R1 of the first thread 11, and larger than the width R2 of the second thread 12 (R1>G1>R2).
