<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus capable of certainly detecting a voltage of a power supply with a simple configuration in consideration of on and off timings of switching elements. <P>SOLUTION: A motor control apparatus 1 is provided with a power conversion circuit 11 and a control circuit 12. The control circuit 12 includes IGBT drive circuits 120-125, a voltage detection circuit 126, and a microcomputer 127, and is mounted on the same wiring board 128. The voltage detection circuit 126 is connected to a drive terminal of the IGBT drive circuit 120 to which an emitter of the IGBT 110 is connected. Moreover, the voltage detection circuit 126 is connected to a drive terminal of the IGBT drive circuit 123 to which an emitter of the IGBT 113 is connected. The microcomputer 127 holds the output of the voltage detection circuit 126 when the IGBT 110 is in on state, and computes a voltage of a battery B1.
