<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay device detecting the movement of an apparatus and having proper maintenability and high reliability, a data processing method thereof, a monitoring method, a radio communication system and a management apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A small base station 200, which is mobile and capable of relaying radio communication of a radio communication terminal to a portable communication network 3, includes: a reception level acquiring section 216 for monitoring the radio wave state from the other base station 202 positioned around the own station; a determination section 232 for detecting a change in the radio wave state from the other base station 202 positioned therearound and detecting a change in the positional relation between itself and the other base station 202 positioned therearound, on the basis of the detected change in the radio wave state; and a determination section 232 for estimating that the installation place of own station has moved, on the basis of the detected change in the positional relation between itself and the base station 202. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
