<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press machine which suppresses a slide from slanting caused by the reverse rotation of a driving source, and is excellent in productivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The press machine 100 comprises: a slide 5; a plurality of driving mechanisms 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d linked with the slide 5 and elevatingly moving the slide 5; and a driving source driving the driving mechanisms 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d. The driving mechanisms 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d comprise: a main gear 11; and a connecting rod 12 linked with the rotation of the main gear 11 and elevatingly moving the slide 5 via a plunger 14.
