<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer not hindering space-saving design, etc. of the autoanalyzer since no restrictions are imposed on the disposition of respective mechanisms thereof. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Two dilution disks each having dilution cells circularly disposed thereon are disposed coaxially and doubly on a plane. The dilution disks A and B operate independently of each other. The respective mechanisms (a parent specimen sampling mechanism, a diluent discharge mechanism, a diluted specimen agitating mechanism, and a diluted specimen sampling mechanism) used for dilution treatment each have access to the two dilution disks. The dilution treatment of the parent specimen to be executed on the dilution disks A and B is executed in a certain-operation staggered manner between the two dilution disks, consecutively performing the dilution treatment.
